Social Impact of Skill Building program

Success is a relative word which means different things to different people but one thing is for sure – there is no greater joy than living a life filled with dignity and opportunities. Social acceptance is a basic necessity of life and we, at ARCH, recognise this basic need and aspire to create a platform of synergy, sensitivity and mutual respect between the abled and differently -abled.

Saloni’s volunteering speaks louder than words

I’ve a firm believer in doing good. Every now and then I stop the car and feed biscuits to street mongrels. I dutifully pack the leftover food and give it to my building security. I donate old clothes to maids and used books to the library.

Eureka Science Fair

Eureka Science Fair is one of the initiative by ARCH supported by L&T Technology Services under their CSR initiative - Mini science Lab;  aims at providing a common platform to schools, teachers and students to give shape to their innovative ideas and learn from each other’s experiences.

Skill Building Program for differently abled

Persons with disabilities suffer from discrimination based on society's prejudice and ignorance. In addition, they often do not enjoy the same opportunities as other people because of the lack of access to essential services.

INSPIRATIONAL stories from ground

Deaf people can do anything, except hear.

This is our deep-rooted belief at ARCH.

We have full faith in the abilities of differently-abled people and focus in developing social and technical skills in them in order to empower them to lead a normal life.

In 2016 we started work with the deaf and mute students of Smt. Kamlaben Badhir Vidyalya by installing the Mini Science Lab in their school consisting of 60 working models based on science and maths.

Meet Amisha Patel, 25 years of age, deaf and mute by birth.

With a pro-active and go-getter mother, Amisha was provided basic education at home and encouragement to pursue MBA in Finance through a distance learning course. She was given all the support to stand on her two feet however her disabilities, a big concern for her over-protected parents, stopped her from venturing out of the comfort of her home.

One Day at E-Tech

Be different. Empower the differently-abled.

That’s exactly what E-Tech does! A BPO based out of Vadodara, E-Tech is one of ARCH’s clients in CSR volunteering. They invite the differently-abled participants from our skill building program to spend one day in their office.

Well, it’s easier said than done! To invite deaf adults and find a way to communicate and reach out to them is anything but easy. We deeply appreciate the employees and management at E-Tech for their time and effort.

and implement all activities at grass root level for optimum results”

- Michael Homawalla – Rubamin Ltd.

“ ARCH has designed, implemented and managed our CSR program for skill building
in the hearing disabled people. We are impressed with the unique module that they have created to
bring about a difference, an improvement in the participant’s life. Their sense of commitment to
excel is very high. We will be delighted to employ ARCH in all our CSR initiatives.”

- Paul Mason Consulting

“It is often easy for CSR management companies to design an impressive project and pitch for work.
But ARCH Social Consultants are different. They are working for Project Umang with us where school children are being exposed to extracurricular activities. Right from the project design to resource allocation, effective delivery to overall project management has impressed us. They are keeping all stake holders in the loop and give us updated feedback of the project execution week – on week. This keeps our interest very high in the project.
A very innovative approach to a CSR initiative I must say!”
